Construction and installation, commissioning

The company’s organisation provides the framework for conducting projects.

Handling design and construction contract projects covers project timetabling, progress monitoring and reports and checking as-built plans on site, controlling costs continuously through to final external inspection and accepting and releasing plans through to performance. A project review and/or post-estimating completes the project.

Supervising construction and installation covers construction in accordance with plans and/or documents passed for use and safety regulations, supervising the contractors involved. This phase of project management ends when the authorities are informed that it has been completed and the provisional operating manuals are updated and documented. The project ends when plant is commissioned and finally accepted.
